Katrena Huen is a remarkable young student with a big heart. A role model for other children of her age, she is an honor student at Lakelands Park Middle School, MD. She is a participant in the BrushMagic Kids Micro-Scholarships Program. She kept up with her academic studies while volunteering her time for community service such as weeding church grounds and serving on student council as a youth representative. She is also playing and recording music for the seniors at Rockville Senior Center, and helping out at various woman’s shelters. Katrena plays games with the women at the shelters and serves them food during her free time. With the guidance of her parents and the BrushMagic Kids Micro-Scholarships Program, we believe Katrena will achieve great success as she progress in life.
